Jason East, Minister to Families

Jason and Melanie come to us from Willow Oak Baptist Church in Walnut Cove where he faithfully served as a children’s church worker, teacher, and assistant minister to youth and children.

Jason is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Gardner-Webb University. Jason and Melanie live in Walnut Cove with their family. Since joining Robinhood Road Baptist Church, God has blessed their family with a lovely daughter and rambunctious triplet boys. The East family has been a blessing to our youth ministry and entire congregation.

Jason’s role at RRBC has expanded in recent years from concentrating solely on youth ministry to focusing on the family as a unit.  In 2019, Jason became our full-time Minister to Families.  By being involved with children from birth through high school, he has the unique opportunity to minister to families through key life changes and events.
